He gave me a lot of helpful information about my current garage door and opener.He was polite, a great communicator, very efficient, and kept his workspace clean as he was working. I had been told by a friend/neighbor that works on a lot of things and he looked at the Garage door opener and said we needed a new motor… It was burned up. Within a few minutes, Steve asked me who told me that and he said your motor is not burned up. It just needs to be reset. His honesty saved me so much money and I am so grateful!
